Transmission Use of System Charging Tariff Methodology - Consultation Paper

On May 18th 2007 the Regulatory Authorities published a consultation paper on the detail of the approach being developed for the locational Transmission Use of System (TUoS) tariff for generators. In particular the paper discusses how it is intended to design and combine generation scenarios and the choice of categories for the costing of network elements.
