Revision to the Criteria for Approval of Intermediaries under the TSC

On 10th December 2007, the Regulatory Authorities published on behalf of the SEM Committee, the Decision Paper on Revisions to the Critieria for Approval of Intermediary Applications under the Trading and Settlement Code. This paper outlines the background to the Intermediarieis original criteria, details the Consultation Paper's (AIP-SEM-07-508)proposals revising these criteria and summarises respondents comments on the consultation and gives the RAs responses to these issues and the decision of the SEM Committee.
