The Regulators have received and reviewed comments on the Consultation paper from the market participants on the Imperfections Charges for the tariff year 2010 - 2011. This decision paper now sets the final tariff.

Consultation

The Regulators have received the TSO's estimate of the revenue required for Imperfection Charges for the tariff year 2010 - 2011. This consultation paper presents the TSOs proposal and supporting information and invites the comments of market participants for consideration by the RAs before setting the final tariff. The document also describes briefly the arrangements for end of year corrections and for financing of any over/under recovery by the TSOs during the tariff year.
