Legislation
The SEM Bill and the Order in Council, legislation to introduce the Single Electricity Market in Ireland and Northern Ireland have been published on the Oireachtas and DETI websites.
Joint Working Arrangements
The SEM Committee will be supported by the Regulatory Authorites in both jurisdictions. In order to provide effective support for the SEM Committee, CER and NIAUR must set out their Joint Working Arrangements.
