Directed Contract Implementation Report: A Response and Decision Paper

The Regulatory Authorities published a Consultation Paper (SEM-09-015) on 11th February 2009 which outlined the methodology and processes involved in determining Directed Contracts quanitities , eligibilities and prices for the tariff year 2009/10.

A number of respondents submitted comments and suggestions on the issues raised in the Consultation Paper.

The SEM Committee has now published its response to those submissions and its final decision.
