Version Two

On the 23rd May, the Regulatory Authorities published the re-issued Directed Contracts Subscription Guidelines to include:a section on rounding conventions to be used in working out strike prices using the formulae; and to make one small change to the Guidelines, which clarifies that gas prices in € cents per therm should be converted into € per therm by dividing  - rather than multiplying - by 100.

Version One

On the 11th May, the Regulatory Authorities published the guidelines for eligible suppliers that facilitate and clarify the directed contract subscription process, which begins on 1st June 2007. The guidelines were prepared by ESB Power Generation and approved by the Regulatory Authorities.
