On the 26th June, the Regulatory Authorities published a decision document on the modified Republic of Ireland electricity generation licences, as well as, the final generation licences to facilitate the implementation of the Single Electricity Market which is due to be launched on the 1st November 2007.

Draft Decision
On the 19th June, the Regulatory Authorities published draft decisions on the Republic of Ireland Electricity Generation Licences to facilitate the implementation of the Single Electricity Market. The final licences will be published on the 26th June.
Following the Electricity Generation Licence consultation that closed on the 25th May, the marked up versions following, are a result of this consultation.

On May 4th 2007, the Regulatory Authorities published for comment the Electricity Generation Licences containing Proposed Amendments for the SEM. Comments on these papers are requested by the close of business on the 25th May.
