On the 31st July, the Regulatory Authorities published a decision paper on the Approach to Setting the PSO (Public Service Obligation) Benchmark Price in the SEM. This paper contains the methodology and rationale for the approach decided upon by the Regulatory Authorities.

Consultation

On the 1st June, the Regulatory Authorities published a consultation paper on the Proposed Approach to Setting the PSO (Public Service Obligation)benchmark Price in the SEM. This paper contains the proposed methodology and the rationale for the approach proposed by the Regulatory Authorities. Comments on this paper are requested by 12 noon on 22nd June. They should be forwarded to aokelly@cer.ie and kenny.dane@niaur.gov.uk
