Information Note following Workshop

On 4th May 2012, the Regulatory Authorities (RAs) publishes a Consultation Paper on the 'Fixed Cost of a Best New Entrant Packing Plant, Capacity Requirement & Annual Capacity Payment Sum for the Calendar Year 2013'.

On 6th June 2012, the RAs held a workshop on the issues proposed within this consultation.  Following the workshop, the RAs are issuing an Information Note in order to clarify a few points within the consultation.  The deadline for responses to the consultation is also being extended until 19th June 2012.
