Today (27 August 2009), the SEM Committee publish the Fixed Cost of a Best New Entrant Peaking Plant, Capacity Requirement, and Annual Capacity Payment Sum for Calendar 2010 Decision Paper. Following receipt of responses to the consultation paper on the Best New Entrant Price for 2010, the SEM Committee has completed its calculation of the Best New Entrant Price, Capacity Requirement and Annual Capacity Payments Sum for 2010 as set out in this decision paper.
