Price Cap Price Floor 2010 : Decision Paper
Decision on values for Trading and Settlement Code Price Cap and Price Floor to apply for 2010.
Today (1 September 2009), the SEM Committee published a decision paper on the values for Price Cap and Price Floor in the Trading and Settlement Code. In the light of that review and comments received , the SEM Committee has decided that the same values as were used in 2008 and 2009 for Price Cap and Price Floor should be used in the year beginning 1st January 2010.
