Criteria for any Regulatory Decision on Dual Rated Generator Units - A consultation Paper

On 29th October 2008, the SEM Committee published a consultation on the criteria that would be used to determine Regulatory Authority approval for the registration of a Dual Rated Generator Unti under the Trading and Settlement Code. This consultation runs in tandem with the Modifications Committee consultation on the Dual Rated Modification (Mod_34_08).

Comments should be forwarded no later than noon on 26th November 2008, preferably in electronic form, to Philip Newsome (pnewsome@cer.ie) and Kevin O'Neill (kevin.oneill@niaur.gov.uk).
