Final Framework Guidlines

On 25th September 2012 the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) published the final Framework Guidlines on Electricity Balancing. These were adopted by ACER on 18th September 2012. The final Framework Guidelines are available at the link below.

Consultation

On 25th April 2012, the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) opened a public consultation on the Draft Framework Guidelines on Electricity Balancing. ACER invites all interested parties to provide comments on the consultation document and especially answers to the questions listed in the document. The consultation document as well as the corresponding Initial Impact Assessment can be found on the ACER website

Responses to the consultation should be sent by email to consultation2012E09@acer.europa.eu by 25 June 2012, 12:00 noon, Central European Time.

ACER also invites all interested parties to a public workshop on the Draft Framework Guidelines on Electricity Balancing to present the consultation document and will provide on this occasion all necessary clarification. The public workshop will take place in Ljubljana on Tuesday, 29 May 2012. Further details, including how to register, can be found on the ACER website
